Born in Belo Horizonte Brazil in the mid 70s, Mano Gil spent a big part of his life being exposed to different types of musical influences. But it was in the mid 90s that he started expanding my musical vocabulary to tendencies that he never imagined existed. 
 
Currently residing in San Luis Obispo, California. Mano Gil will be playing a TROPICALIA set inspired by an art and musical movement in the late 60’s in Brazil that generated some amazing (and kind of weird) music.
